WASH THE FRUITS AND THEN EAT THEM!

Today, we are having a sunny summer season full of fruits in our country. Now, wherever we go, we will witness the abundance of fruits. But don’t forget that it’s important we paid an attention to limit and cleanliness in their consumption. In particular, we must constantly control children in this regard.

Doctors suggest that children should be careful in fruit consumption and parents should control them.

We can’t find any fruits and vegetables which aren’t included in child’s food ration. But it is not recommended to give different fruits to our children who are under one year. The reason is most children’s organism at this age have a difficulty in digestion of the products like peach, melon, watermelon, cucumbers, plum, tomato, creates diseases like stools, diarrhea, and gastrointestinal disorders on them.  

In addition, parents always must remind their children on washing any fruits and eat. Otherwise, various infections on the surface of unwashed fruits pass to child’s organism and create a condition for free development of germs in the body and helps to outbreak of stomach diseases.

Try to keep too ripe or a bit damaged fruits from your children as far as possible, get used to throw it immediately. Because a child who consumed such fruits and vegetables may have a high probability of appearance of poisoning (otravlenie). Fruit poisoned organism may come across serious illness and even poses a serious threat to the life of a young child. Parents’ special attention and control are required in this case.

   The fruit is a good drug rich in vitamins. Calcium, magnesium and other vitamins int the ripe fruits increase our children’s immunity over 2 years of age, and juice made from them provide an easily digestion of food. Especially, it is recommended that apple must take a large role in children’s menu. An iron in its component is very beneficial forchildren’s health. When the apple is eaten after the meal it helps to strengthen teeth and remove calculus. In addition, an apple has a big role in the elimination of anemia in children.

Iodine in cucumber prevents goiter among children, eliminates iodine deficiency in the body. Tomato is considered to be important in the treatment of low blood.

It’s very useful for our children and their parents to know these recommendations. While consuming fruits and vegetables it is very important to pay attention to their being washed and not stinked.

Our children’s health is our greatest wealth. Therefore, we must always control the products they are consuming. In fact, eating skills of washing properly and eating later even vitamin-rich fresh fruits should be formed in every child.
