The fruits are necessary for the human body with essential vitamins, drugs and protective products and suppliers. Their consumption strengthens not only the health, but also replaces the   medical drugs too.

Fruits are considered as a natural source of vitamin C which is important for the human body. Potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron mainly exist in fruits and prevent from cardiovascular, kidney and other diseases. Potassium is mostly exists in the component of dried apricot, prune, raisin and peach from dried fruits, especially in apricots. The fruits are the main source of providing the human body with an iron, the iron in their content is relatively easy and well accepted by the human body than medical drugs. Especially peaches, figs, apricots, apples, plums, dates are rich in iron.

Teenagers’ and young children’s way of consuming fruits plays an important role in their physical strength, development of mental capacity.

Basically, a regular consumption of fruits rich in potassium prevents the rise of blood pressure and reduces the risk of stroke. In this regard, it is acceptable to limit the amount of salt. According to doctors, although the potassium is useful, it gives a negative impact on health if it is taken more than the norm. Of course, limit is preferred in consumption of fruits as it is essential in all things.

Also, fruit juice is one of the important means of longevity. There are antioxidants slowing the aging of skin and improving hair condition in the component of pomegranate, grape, orange, and apple juice. Vitamin in the juice improves the functioning of all the systems in the body. Helps in preventing anemia and heart disease, eliminates infectious diseases due to the strengthening of the immune system.
