GROWING NAILS – AGAINST FOR OUR UPBRINGING, HAZARDOUS FOR OUR HEALTH TOO

AN ATTITUDE

It is often spoken and written about the education of girls, their dress, behavior, and spirituality. Nevertheless, while watching some girls' culture, morale, outlook negative thoughts are awaken.

Today, I am shocked to observe the behavior of some of our daughters. Especially when you see their clothes, self-portraits, you will think whether they are going to a ceremony or an event or to study. Do the brothers and the parents of the schoolgirls who are wearing tight clothes, spreading their hair and keeping themselves very freely neglect them? If we say this is a sign of modernity, I don’t know how to name their growing long nails, can not understand what is meant by that and what their purpose is.

Frankly speaking, if I look at them, my heart will be irritated. Who likes long nails painted in different colors? We may give a scolding to them during the classes, explain them that this is incompatible with our nationality, the moral standards of our people, and the hygiene requirements, but how can the positive results be achieved if their parents are indifferent to what their children are doing? After all isn’t an applause made by two hands?

From the medical point of view, nail growing does not fit well with hygiene and health. Short dresses also resist the breathing of the body. It would be better if parents also think about it.

Problems of our sisters are being solved

Navruz holiday was celebrated with great gratitude in Asaka district. The lush spring with another spirit has been one of the lucky years for the residents of our districts, especially for women. Holiday festivities were held in every neighborhood of the district, educational institutions and labor collectives with a high mood.

On the threshold of the holiday a great accomplishment and landscaping work was carried out in cooperation with the district authority, the women's committee, "Mahalla" charity public fund and other organizations, the disabled, single-handedly, people who need help were visited and material and spiritual help were provided to them.

The committee held meetings with activists, consultants and religious mothers of the women's advisory center with citizens on ensuring the social and enlightenment environment in the neighborhoods, families and a number of events were organized. Throughout these meetings and interviews the problems of our sisters were studied, the necessary advice was given, practical help was provided. In particular, we visited our 8 100-year-olds with presents that had been living in our district.

During the three months of the current year, 49 families, which are on the verge of divorce, have been reconciled. Hence, in the family peace and stability were ensured. In addition, many of our sisters have been assisted by banks to receive loans for their home businesses. Now they have the opportunity to invest in their sewing, greenhouse construction, poultry farming, livestock and other businesses. Nowadays, along with the leaders of our primary organizations, partner organizations a large-scale work is underway to implement the tasks outlined in the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to radically improve the activities of the women's support and family-based empowering institution".

It is worth noting that in all areas of our activity the same day the work in "Niyozbotir", "Qayrag’och", "Hamdo'stlik", "Kamolot" neighbourhoods is established. These things were not really spontaneous. Many of our activists, such as district religious mother Muqaddamxon Mamitalieva, Diloromkhon Fozilova, Uktamkhon Rakhmonova, Mahbubahon Qodirova, Aminakhon Ibragimova have a great deal of work.

In the year of "Support for active enterprise, innovative ideas and technologies" we are working hard to make every effort to bring our work to the top. Our goal is to increase the living conditions and well-being of our women.

                                                                                                    Muqaddaskhon QURBONOVA,

A friendly and a strong family support of the country

 today’s ISSUE

"Council of mother-in-laws" was established in our district last year. I lead it from the very beginning of its activity. In fact, I have about 35 years of experience in working with mother-in-laws, strengthening families, and preventing family conflicts.

My mother's work, her teachings were the main lesson in learning about this.

Currently, in all 74 neighborhoods of our district the "Council of mother-in-laws" is actively functioning. As a result of the work done by community members with neighborhood activists, the majority of experienced and sober-minded women with the general public, we have achieved positive results in all areas of our work.

In the homeland of the Uzbek people, the land of gentleness is the place where ancient and eternally favored. The people of the neighborhood have lived together in peace and harmony all the time, and together they have solved the problems of families. Our mothers have shown their love to their brides calling them "my daughter". Forgetting their brides ruling the brides of the whole family helped them to overcome the difficulties of life and find their place in the new family. The high culture, traditions, and educational standards of our people are not found in any part of the world.

But today's world is rapidly developing. As our young people becoming more and more prosperous worrying, especially when the youths are, as they have forgotten their old family values and in some cases interprets their rights and freedoms. The fate and future of our children are important to us. Therefore, in this process, we need to provide as much support as possible and to direct them to a right way.

To be honest, the inexperienced youth who have just stepped into the threshold of a new life accept the advice that our elderly mothers give as a restriction of their freedom. There are some disadvantages that can not be adapted to the house where some young brides fall out because of lack of vision, inexperience and haste. It is clear from the analysis that most of the scandals that occur in paralyzed families are caused by brutal conflicts. As we have seen, there are many things to do. If brothers and sisters are generous and patient with each other, and the happier life in this family will be sustainable.

Every mother, every bride should know that kindness and attention are a simple solution to any problem. The bride who comes into another house with good intentions learns the principles and traditions of the family from her mother-in law of course. If a mother-in law treats fairly the bride is brought up so. Being a mother-in law is also a responsibility, she is also responsible for taking a daughter who has been brought up in another family environment as her daughter, and caring for her is a great sacrifice.

Also, there are discussions with members of the board on how to have family relationships with girls preparing to marry, how to deal with the duties of the bride, the mother-in-law and other members of the family. We are also working hard not only on bridal relationships, but also for the upbringing of foster families, the strengthening of a healthy family environment, and the decentralized lifestyle of families in the neighborhood.

Today more than 79 thousand families live in our district. Of these, 30% are young families. Special attention is being paid to their problems, needs and demands, particularly to working with troubled families. Mothers with big life experiences are being attached to the families that have problems with family relations. In addition, related work is underway to make weddings, rituals, and other ceremonial holidays. Men do not get involved in clothes issues. So we must work with mother-in-laws.

We recently held two exemplary wedding parties. I think a one-day wedding ceremony that was held without ant splendors will be a welcome response to the President's good ideas on arranging wedding ceremonies. Of course, this doesn’t mean that all our families live in harmony in our district, the neighborhood is quiet and all the problems of family consolidation have been eliminated. We still have a lot to do.

Providing peace and tranquility in families, ensuring a healthy and stable environment is one of the most important tasks ahead of us. Because a friendly and a strong family is the support of the country, it’s reliable future.  It means that we have to work together to ensure that the councils, commissions and all activists must work closely together to ensure a healthy spiritual environment and stability in each family, neighborhood.

YOUNG BRIDE’S HEALTH BECAME WORSE

sPECIALIST’S ROSTRUM

or about harms of early marriage and marriage between the relatives

In spite of the fact that today's marriage is premature and marital relationships, births of children with disabilities, and the incidence of young mothers have serious illnesses. The problems associated with this are undoubtedly a concern. In general, Malohatkhan SAYFUTDINOVA, the chief gynecologist of the Izboskan district medical association, shared the following views and comments on the adverse effects of early marriages.

     - While the marriage age in Uzbekistan was defined as seventeen years of age, marrying girls in this age may cause problems. Moreover, at this age, our daughters are not prepared to be physically fit for family life. Many studies, life experiences carried out by doctors, scholars, show that this is right. I can also say this in the case of an incident that I have just witnessed.

One acquaintance married his daughter, who was only seventeen years old to see her granddaughter because of her serious illness. The wedding was held in a splendid style. Unfortunately, the elderly grandfather, who was seriously ill, did not even know how the grandson's wedding took place. But after a happy wedding, the family got into trouble.

It was difficult for her to adapt to the new family because she was young. The bride was inexperienced by her mistakes and her mother-in-law was anxious with her mistakes in her work. Sadly, the daughter of a girl who is ready for a family wedding is not ready for it. The health of a younger bride is now a lot worse and requires regular long-term treatment. These ill-fated moments made the parents in a difficult situation.

The question arises. Could it be avoided? Of course it was possible. Such anxiety would be prevented if parents acted in an intellectual way, had enough medical literacy, and listened to the doctors' opinions. Every parent wants his child to be happy. But it is not possible to achieve the desired wish. Unfortunately, some of our compatriots are facing the fate of their children, making it difficult for them to do so.

As a physician, I can say from my professional and life experience that it is desirable for girls to be 20 to 22 years of age and younger than 24 to 26 years old. Young men and women are ready to be ready to build a family fortune at this age.

Again, it should be noted that pregnant women with premature marriage are more severely affected. During pregnancy, there are various pathologic, extra genital diseases, saturation, various negative effects in the bone structure. This can lead to the development of a fetus, which negatively affects maternal and child health.

At the same time, not only early, but also marriages between relatives can lead to such negative consequences. To be more precise, such marriages result in the birth of more disabled children.

Recently I received a pregnant woman. She was waiting for her third child. The nerves were tense, and the symptoms of severe psychological disturbances were evident. I was surprised to find that the second son of this woman who was bride to her aunt had not grown up in the right leg. She was worrying that her third child also wept bitterly at the thought that he would not be born with a defect. The woman was provided with all necessary medical care. But it is difficult for the medical team to find out exactly whether the child will be born as a result of a close marriage.

The fact that marriage between close relatives is harmful, despite the fact that this is scientifically justified and repeated, it is necessary to strengthen the propagation and explanatory work on this issue by the siblings, relatives and close relatives.

Our religion Islam does not allow marrying close relatives. In particular, there are verses in the Qur'an, as well as a number of hadiths that we should know well and get the right conclusions from them.

Family is the basis of the society. The more families are strong, the more society will grow. One of the most important tasks facing our society today is to bring up a spiritually mature, energetic and physically strong young generation. To do so, we need to do all the things that parents need to do to help our children grow up healthy. Preventing marriages, especially between early and relative families, plays an important role in maintaining the lineage of our nation and preventing the birth of children with disabilities.

KINDNESS

Two young couples who loved each other divorced due to a small issue. The woman left her baby to the father and married to another. The baby stayed with a stepmother, grew up under her care. When he became an adult he got married.

As the fates decree the mother who had born him also participated in this wedding. But her son didn’t know her, he was in the embrace of a stepmother, because she didn’t ignore him, accepted him as her own son. Little brothers and sisters liked him either.

His own mother was very unhappy and poor, she was crying, sitting cursing her useless life. Despite she got married several times she didn’t have a child.

The mistake she did when she was young was the reason of becoming childless.

She felt very sorry that she didn’t give love to her husband and son in the past. But now it’s too late…

GIFTS OF AUTUMN

Autumn… It is the destination of feelings blowing layer of imagination, unable to catch distant memories...

As if the leaves slowly swishing under the steps going to say something. I am in a hurry to hear them. The gazes look feeling sorry at the clothes of the trees getting used to slowly falling, becoming an autumn leaf. They have endless questions.

What made the sky cry? What bothers the sky which pouring the rain without stopping? What is the reason of such trouble? The hope of talking to rain doesn’t leave me alone. It’s so difficult to find an answer to the questions.

Autumn thoughts are so quiet. It is the season of silence...

The water of the river flowing in murmur was very pleasant, it’s breath like an ice satisfied the body. And today starting from early morning cold fresh water also can’t attract to itself. As if it is upset with autumn.

Admires the noise in the courtyard of the school which was empty just yesterday. Aspiration for education, yearning for classes are radiant in the gazes of the children, boys and girls who are an eager-beaver to learn. Young children being thrown into teachers’ heart makes you happy.

One can’t ignore loving such gifts of autumn.
